Now you can only install it if you have any Psiloc’s application installed on your phone, if you don’t have it you won’t be able to use it
I have install full version of Psiloc\’e2\’80\’99s extended recorder but still ir remote is not working

If you fulfiled this requirements you should be able to use that beta version, if not you should contact with Psiloc’s support.
