I’m a Mexican Developer working for a cellphone company in Mexico.
After a while looking over the internet for the IR-remote that used to work on our cellphones, me and 2 other developers are working to create our own Software that will let us use our cell as a remote for TV or what ever..
We have been working for over a month and the only thing we can do is to raise Volume hahaha .. but we are working on it. If someone is interest in working on this project let me know.

Whoever posted those last two statements is obviously NOT from Psiloc. Pulling stunts like that doesn’t help anything. Official response from Psiloc

This was said on the 24th, the day before whatever tool posted that lie above. Be patient. Things happen when developing software. Put on your big girl pants and be a little understanding.

Now you can only install it if you have any Psiloc’s application installed on your phone, if you don’t have it you won’t be able to use it
I have install full version of Psiloc\’e2\’80\’99s extended recorder but still ir remote is not working
“This beta version of irRemote is available only for those Psiloc customers, who have bought from http://shop.psiloc.com and activated any of Psiloc S60 3rd application on the device they are using now (the Smartphone is identified by IMEI number).”
If you fulfilled this requirements you should be able to use that beta version, if not you should contact with Psiloc’s support.
When coming up the version of irRemote that available for not only those Psiloc customer ?
