Why on earth must it be free?

Perhaps the phone itself should be free? After all, it could save your life!

What if you in a cave or a tunnel or under water etc. Where there is no GPS or Mobile signal??
Many situations of emergency are like this.

And why you must pay for it???
I imagine the programmer saying “Yeah man, I’m gonna save your life BUT I WANT $15.95 for that!!! I’m gonna help you if you are going to die the next SEVEN days but after that SHOW ME THE MONEY MONEY”.
Have mercy. I don’t think this is useful, but anyway, if this is life saving indeed it must be FREEWARE”
All the people who give their organs or help the others in life-threatening situation, they ask for MONEY?
