it doesn’t work on N95 8GB,
the installation finishes well on the phone but windows won’t let me unplug (usb) my N95
on the phone the app doesn’t appear
did i do something wrong ???
does it allow the phone to go to the same energy efficient state, where it goes with the factory screen saver? because other screensavers used flash and it used the cpu all the time (even a digital clock), and that’s not what we need…
@Ash : I had to restart my phone to get the screensaver to appear in the menu.
Other than that, would it be possible to add an option to rotate the display, for us N95-8Gb users who are stuck with landscape screensavers ?
are there any performance updates? I still use the one u posted a year ago so I don’t see the point in upgrading.
Unfortunately, this app doesn’t seem to work on the e51. The screensaver just looks like it always does. Thank you, though. There isn’t nearly enough great open source software for S60 phones and I appreciate your work.
@jason: works for me on e51 (100.34.20), after you installed, don’t forget to activate it in tools->themes->power saver
btw i checked the power consumption with nokia energy profiler, and it showed that the phone (my e51 at least) can go down to energy saving mode

Works perfectly on my E51!. Only nice option would be to toggle date and time from small to large

well, the Samsung SGH-i458 also adopts the Symbian S60 system (3rd)
it performs exactly like N95
yet after i installed it, it just didn’t show in tools->themes
does anybody have the same problem?
It works on my E51. (I didn’t see a use of original clock scr.saver. It is almost invisible. I use to have bigone on my previous Siemens and I miss it.)

Just installed using nokia application installer on my PC. Very quick and easy to intsall. Works a treat on N95 8gb but only in landscape mode

Can you please tell me if this app uses much battery and also once I install it if I want to stop using it I cant get it to stop working. Even after I uninstall it.

I have Nokia E50. I’ve installed the app, restarted the phone, selected the screensaver in tools/ themes. But the screensaver remains the same old powersaver with small digits.
I changed the screensaver to an another app, and it doesn’t work neither.
Should I change some other settings on the phone to enable the screensaver? (ex. display settings?)
I was wondering if someone has ever tried it on E71 ?

Works just fine on 5630 but I prefer cClock instead, showing BT activation as well date and time and much more! Don´t know of power consumption yet.
