* Add songs to the playlist and use shuffle and repeat
* Browse and select songs in your playlist

I had been using bemused for long time, since Nokia 6600 with sucess. In my case I use it to control xmms and presentations (openoffice) in Linux environment.

I have Bemused 1.73 installed on my Nokia E61 & the Bemused server on my PC (XP SP2).
I have installed a Bluetooth Dongle (BlueSoleil 1.6.1.4).
I have unchecked the bluetooth connections in PC suite connection manager
No any success in connecting my phone to Bemused server till now
I tried configuring all ports from 7 till 12 in Bemused server- it gives the message “Couldn’t open port COM9: it appears to be in use. Is PC Suite using this port?”.

could it use for Stereo Bluetooth Headset (A2DP)?????

Hi,
check the com port by using the windows device manager.
You should see the bluetooth com ports under the com port section.
There should be one for incoming and one for outgoing connections.
Try to connect to the one that’s outgoing.

Hi, i finally got this amazing program to work, on my SE K800, but i would like a skin that fits the screen better. with the width 240. Ive tried to change the Nucleo-skin - ive changed the size of the png, but the txt-file is tricky. I have to change the numbers to fit the enlarged png, but then i dont get whole numbers like 240 - i get them with decimals like 239,8 and that doesn’t work. And it doesnt work to round the numbers off either
I dont know how to solve that..
Maybe i shouldnt bother, my girlfriend already thinks ive spent to much time getting the program to work and to little time with her
But i WANT a nicer looking skin!

You have to make sure that its the phone that connects with the computer, not the other way around.
I had the same problem before. I had set the port on the pc’s outgoing port, not the incoming. and also you have to make sure that the pc isnt connected to the phone.
So: in the program, set the port to the incoming one, and make sure the pc is available for bluetooth, but not connected to the phone. THEN activate the phones bluetooth and finally run the program from the phone.
It should work
The solution for Expired Certificate is apply your own. I apply my certificate using SignSIS but you must sign at http://www.symbiansigned.com
and apply to developer certificate.

its not install in my nokia n73 it is expired
all you have to do is set your date back to 2006 and install the application, set the time back to 2007 and your sorted…
I couldn’t get the version off source forge to work, just failed with a nondescript error message, but the one from here worked fine after i set the date back

Set your date to 2006, then install and it works!
I personally prefer Salling Clicker - not free, but with my E61i, I can remote control iTunes over my WiFi connection: how cool is that?!?

When i roll the date back, i get a certificate error and it tells me to contact the application owner. Can we get a fresh signed copy or an unsigned one ( if allowed)?
ok.. i think i got it.. by default, my phone (nokia e62) will install only signed apps. Go to Menu, Settings, App manager. then go to Options, Configuration, and change Software Installation from “signed only” to “all”. then install again. Worked fine for me. enjoy..

I have been trying to connect bemused to my computer. When i first connect Bemuse it takes several attempts (always getting Command Timed Out) before it connects, then it says refreshing for a long time and nothing happens. WHen I go to the settings menu (as described in the readme file) To find the server address Bemuse cannot find the server please try again, no matter how many times I try it keeps telling me cannot find server please try again
How can I solve this so I can start using Bemuse?

I have managed to successfully install Bemused on my Nokia E61 but I have a problem with the default skins, they have not been designed for the large screen of the E61.
Any custom skins for the Nokia E61 out there? One could try to customise existing skins but maybe someone has already gone through that trouble…

I have a nokia 6600 and am trying to get bemused to work on linux. For some reason my client on the mobile cant find my pc. I tried another wireless adapter (dongle) and got the same result. Anyone know why the device isnt found?
When i install bemused on my N.73 it shows expired certificate.
I have tried all of the steps first i changed my date to 1 year back But it did not works.

This is already the top of laziness. You is ask all about what in fasts higher. You ask about problem with certificate. It it namely it was one should was was withdraw in telephone date not about year how someone wrote here treat try about 3 months backwards first. If it will not to get down to work subtract this 3 months yet. If you will subtract year on once announcement can you show that certificate is not yet important. It in such case was it is knowed already that you transplanted from withdrawal date backwards.
My sentence the best it is obviously ControlFreak, ale so far does not support Symbian s60v3. How authors would have N73 this quickly would write on our telephones version.
