This page was not working this morning. i tried accesing it but it timed out 4-5 times now but i can access it now. Why did this happen? Am i the only one having this issue?

Hi all,
i was try to using CellTrack in my handphone 6120c (its symbian v.30). but in installation i can’t to finish, the display show “acces not granted”.
So any body can help me? please?
