The Symbian Signed web site has now been migrated, with the following functionality now available.
* Applications may be submitted via the site for testing via TEST HOUSES.
* SELF CERTIFIERS are enabled.
* Developer Certificate creation is NOW enabled for ALL EXISTING accounts.
Note: We anticipate NEW account registration will return in the near future…

I have installed celltrack on my Nokia E51. Its working fine, u just have to sign it before installing on ur device.

Thanks it works on N73 the procedure to install in N73 is first of all download the software then go to site https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page then check out in webpage open signed online then just click it then next page open it will ask your mail and mobile IMEI please give it and be assure that mail is correct as the Signed software is sended in this mail now browse your unsigned software and then send it, then check your mail account it will send a confirmation key then with in 1 day it will send igned software in the mail download it and install it now it will be installed

Somehow i don’t like nokia phones these days, since so many chinese phones do the same thing.
